“Our stay was a disaster. It started off well when we received a free room upgrade. I was so excited when I saw the huge soaking tub, only to find out when I went to take a bath that there was no plug. I called down to the front desk, but they said they didn't have one for me. Since I hadn't been expecting the tub in the first place, I didn't feel like I could be too upset about there not being a plug. However, when I went to take a shower instead, there was a hair at the bottom of the shower.……

“the air conditioning was FREEZING, which is a good thing in the middle of the summer, thank goodness for that. the room needed a bit more attention with a mop, because dusting alone was not enough for those floors, i dared not walk barefoot. parking was ok, however there were many trucks taking up multiple parking spots, one night one inconsiderate pickup driver parked with his trailer on 5 parking spots. the staff was nice”

“This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one……
