“Clean apartment. Too many steps. Very smelly undrinkable water, okay for laundry and showers. Had to pour Drano down the bathroom sink. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice setting, great porch. Needs water softener or purifier. Good appliances and bright lighting.”
