“The location is excellent and hotel amenities are good. Rooms are bit small with no ventilation on a rainy day. We had rain for the first 3 days of our stay and there wasnt much to do indoors apart from play cards. There was a good activity club for children which kept them occupied. Bathroom didnt have vent so it always smelt damp and size was small. Hotel staff were excellent very friendly and always smiling. Food was fresh and variety was good. Swimming pools and other outdoor activities……

“The hotel is nicely situated with great view. But, the cave hotel seems to be less comfortable than what it has shown on websites. The bathroom was just ok. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful though.”

“Everything was great, really. We only had 1 glass in the room, but we got along fine with sharing it. Breakfast was wonderful and very inexpensive. Staff was very helpful in getting us to the airport.”

“Close to the ferry port so convenient for a ferry. Could be noisy at the front but our room was at the side so ok in off season. Room was very dated but comfortable. Had a balcony which we didn’t use. Parking was at the rear. No food available on the premises, but several local cafes were within a couple of minutes walk. (Gregory’s was excellent for coffee, fresh orange juice, pastries and rolls etc.)”

“What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here with our baby. This place had everything we needed.With brilliant communication throughout, we had no problems. We usually do city breaks, but fancied trying something different. We certainly got that: our own pool! Our baby had the time of their life splashing in there. “När vi anlände till rummet fanns det myror där. Personalen tog bort det dag 1 men andra dagen var myrorna tillbaka. Vi tjatade på receptionen att de skulle fixa det eller låta oss byta rum och de lovade att fixa, men gjorde det inte. Vi fick inte byta rum, ingen kompensation, ingen uppföljning om vår trivsel. Dag 4 gav vi upp. Vårt rum hade Swim-up-pool längst till vänster i korridoren. Det gjorde att vår del av poolen var där poolpersonalen gjorde sitt underhåll, alltså: oväntat besök på vår……
