"I don’t think they knew we were coming - they seemed confused. The beds had crumbs on them. There were no locks on the doors. A stranger tried to use the bathroom in one of our rooms. And they kept texting us until almost 10 pm because they couldn’t find our reservation or proof that we had paid. ..."

Disappointing but not terrible
"The negatives outweigh the positives. Positives: one of the cheaper places to stay. Ground floor is decorated beautifully. One of the workers (Moses or Moussa) was highly informative.
