“This accomodation was outstanding. It was comfy,cosy and had everything we needed. Set in a lovely garden with the river running by. We like nature and were delighted with all the birds and the occasional deer too. Alan and Kathy were lovely and made sure we were happy with everything. This hidden gem really is a little piece of heaven.”

“This was a well maintained cottage with a lovely little courtyard. Location could not be any better for steep hill side of Lincoln so ynless you want to go to rhe modern side you dont have climb hill. Parking was so easy right outside door. Will definitely be returning to this cottage. Only downside was we couldnt get heating working properly for some reason it cane on at 2am so turned bedroom radiator off”

“Annual girls trip; expectation of relaxation and fun. Upon arrival the Lodge was clean, new carpets, clean walls, new kitchen and well appointed/decorated throughout- looks can be deceiving. Preliminary walk around and checks found there was no fire alarms, fire blanket and no Welcome pack or inventory list of what to expect or where to go for emergency planning. Locks to back door broken- no keys to the other back and side door. Mouse trap and fresh droppings under the sink. No PAT testing of……

“Beautiful cottage in a great village location on the outskirts of Lincoln. The cottage is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The only negative being the busy road to the front of the property. This is only a minor negative which wouldn't prevent us from staying here again. Franny the host couldn't be faulted for the service she provided.”

“Great dining room allowed four to eat in comfort and a relaxing lounge for us to play games and lie back on recliners by the wood stove.”
