“I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel”

“Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service
