It's much lower and the view is the building next door's roof. For being a "new" unit it was odd to find the bedroom carpet stained, the towel bar coming off the wall, and the hand wand in the shower unusable. Also, the balcony would've been great to use but it was filthy! The building is in a terrific location with easy access, the valet parking attendants very efficient and the unit is a good size for two people with a wonderful kitchen (except the Nespresso machine accepts limited brands of pods). International vibe and guests. Apartment came with kitchen, landury, large 23rd floor balcony. Kitchen could use more pans, cups, etc. Building only has 4 elevators for 40 floors, had to walk down 23floors a few times to get out. ##### Matt S.
