Dive into the shared swimming pool for a refreshing dip or stay active at the state-of-the-art gym. ➜ Children's playground area. ➜ Travel crib available upon request. ➜ Approx. 1,232 sq ft / 114 m² of space. ➜ High-speed internet available. ➜ 4 smart TVs (one in the living room and one inside each bedroom). ➜ Unit's living space features a cozy sofa and a direct balcony access. ➜ Master bedroom complete with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. ➜ 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have a Queen size bed. ➜ Brand new (very comfortable) mattresses in all of the beds. ➜ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels. ➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove. ➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.. Guest Access: ➤ We provide 12 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel. ➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit and the building amenities such as Pool, Hot tub, GYM, kids' playground, and lounge. Please, make yourself at home! ➤ Please note that although the front desk can provide a parking spot. The parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around. The Neighborhood: Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf 'n' turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site. Getting Around: Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation. The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station. You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is walking distance. Other Things to Note: ➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee. ➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay. ➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. ➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ Packages and mail: The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages. Interaction with Guests: I will be your personal concierge for your stay. When needed we can come in person. There is a lot of editing to the photos or they are old. This house is used. It is located on the 37th floor and the building is like grand central station. The elevator takes forever to get up and down. The parking space is located on the 11th floor but there are 2 levels per number so it is 22 levels in the air. It takes more than 10 minutes to get up and down. The house was filthy. The A/C is loud and inconsistent - front of house cold - bedrooms warm. Stained pillows and furniture - looks like bodily fluids and blood. Rugs in living rooms highly stained. Drains full of hair. Front door not secure. Sketchy patrons in the building. Police were present in the elevators 2 of the 4 days. Contacted the owner and everything was done via text. Had to call VRBO to get a clear answer at which point owner talked to me directly. Plumber was sent and cleaning team day 2 and 3\. I asked for a refund. I feel bad for owners as it appears they are out of state and unaware of the condition of the house ##### Ralph M.
