This Studio Apartment is located at the Castle Beach Club Condo and has a striking Ocean View! The condo offers many resort-like amenities; valet parking is INCLUDED, as well as access to the beach, pool, and tennis court.

There is also a restaurant on site, tiki bar, convenience stores, as well as bike rental, travel agency and shops.

The studio apartment can fit up to 4 guests, with 2 queen beds. There is complementary WIFI access and cable TV.

The kitchen has the essentials to prepare breakfast or a quick meals, with a double hotplate, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, dishes and kitchens utensils.

Extra linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, iron, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer. We also provide amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish).

Housekeeping is done before and after your arrival.

Laundry is located on the lower level of the building. Laundry cards are for sale next to the security desk

This condo is located at 54th and Collins avenue, in a residential area of Miami Beach. It is about 5-10 min drive to South Beach, and 25 min drive to Miami Airport. The area is quiet and family-friendly.This property is pet friendly, contact us for details.

Check in is anytime after 3PM and check out is anytime before 11AM. The security to register for parking is open 24h/day. The door is equipped with a digital lock and your personal code (with detailed arrival instructions) will be sent to you a few weeks before check-in.

The property is extremely outdated and worn (drawers don’t open, base boards and tile dirty and stained). There is no ramp to use with a stroller to get in and out of the property so you need two people to carry the stroller up and down stairs. You ca ask for an early check in, which is at 1:30. I inquired about an early check in at 9:00 am the day of check in. At 12:20 pm I still had not heard back from them so we made arrangements for a scheduled pick up with UBER and a late hotel check out which would get us to our room at the normal check in time (3:00pm). I sent a text at 12:20 telling them that since I had not heard back from them we would check in at 3:00 pm. I immediately get a text back from them saying our early check in was approved! They charged my card 31.50 for early check in even though we did not do so. Not impressed!

Do yourself a favor; when you get to the room, the blinds will likely be closed. Breathe in and out... and open them. Maybe even catch it on video. There are NO WORDS for the view. It was absolutely incredible.... a moment I'll never forget. Pics cannot prepare you. Windows can open, but need to be propped open. We used towels. There are some odd sounds that come from the floor, but it wasn't enough to keep us awake. Valet parking was a long wait... allow 30-60 minutes for them to retrieve your car. We would definitely stay here again!

Valet and front desk staff were very friendly. The check in felt a little chaotic at first but it was fine. We got through the check in line quickly and staff were helpful and efficient.

We had a wonderful time! The view is amazing. We watched the sunrise every morning from the bed . The kitchenette was great even for our month long stay we were able to cook small meals from time to time. We had plenty of storage for our belongings. The FREE valet parking was also a plus. It was amazing the host was quick to respond to all of our needs and we had a wonderful time at the beach! The bar is great also, you can buy fruity cocktail served in a pineapple . We may go back next January .

The room was fine and met our needs. It was a bit dated and had a few maintenance items that could use attention. A few minor updates to spruce things up would go a long way. It did give the impression of a property management company putting in the bare minimal just to make a profit. The overall property was generally nice, with the exception of parking. The valet team was often understaffed to accommodate people coming and going, and it could take 30-40min to get your car at times. It got to the point where we avoided doing activities or considered trying public transit just so we wouldn't have to deal with it. Though the weather didn't fully cooperate, having direct access to the beach was nice.

Very beautiful view over the beach and easy beach access. Place is easy to get to, check in is easy and the room is spacious. Only downside is the valet parking can take a while sometimes if theres alot of people at once trying to come in or leave, but for it being free its not bad.

Everything was great except for the beds. The beds were so uncomfortable that I had severe back pains the whole vacation. Other than that everything was fabulous!

The room itself is very outdated and has damaged old furniture. Toilet is cracked in several places and leaks every time it’s flushed. Carpet outside of room and room itself flooded. Kitchen cabinets were barely hanging on. Had a smell due to the water leaking. Simple updates could make this place look much nicer and cared for.

We enjoyed the room, no problems. Thanks for all the info you provided. The complex closed the pool on thankfully our last day. Elevators do not run 24 hours - we need to leave at 4:00 am. Had to drag our heavy suitcases down 17 floors. That was a huge Boo.

Accessing the room, beach, laundry and restaurants were easy from this rental. Beds were very comfortable and nice they had beach towels. The bath towels could be a little nicer but over all was a great stay

Okay for a night or two

Needs some major renovations, was not very clean either the shower was very unpleasant. For the price, it was okay for a night or two maximum. The most aggravating part was the host/ rental firm we’re not quick at all with responses so we were left on our own for the most part. They took hours or even a day or more to respond.

From the very first moment, the host was in touch, we received detailed information and instructions, even useful information on where to dine and what to see. The apartment was perfectly clean, fresh white bedding, snow-white towels. There is even a full set of beach towels and beach chairs. I was also pleasantly surprised by the very good cosmetics in the bathroom. There is also all the necessary utensils, coffee, sugar, iron! coffee machine and everything works great. The only negative is that the front door needs to be painted from the inside, but we didn’t find fault, since the main thing for us is cleanliness and a clean bed! yes, also, the host answered all questions instantly, so I know for sure that I will stay next time again in this place. Apartment number 1733 View was incredible!

Nice !

If your looking for a cheaper room with a nice view, this room is perfect for you. Elevators were very slow otherwise, food, drinks, the beach and pool were right out back. Bus or Uber to south beach beach. Smart to keep your car parked once your there because the valley was very backed up at all times. Other than that Vanessa communicated very quickly and was great!! We will return!

Amazing Trip!!!

This was perfect for the girls trip! The beach was 10 ft away and the view from the window was breath taking. The building also had a little store, tiki bar, restaurant, and place to rent an umbrella. Everything you needed was right there. I highly recommend this property!!!!

Room was in rough shape, terrible air conditioner-leaked a ton of water all the time-had to lay towels down and ring them out, bad maintenance/patch jobs, scrapes on walls, broken cabinets, terribly dirty bathroom, rust on pipes. Property overall is pretty old and clinging to life. Pool is not heated and colder than the ocean, only has about 10 pool chairs in the whole area, gate to ocean is broken and anyone can just walk in to the property. Had lots of random beach people come to pool and blast their music louder than the tiki bar! Hot tub was broken and walled off, gym was absolutely disgusting. There is no stores or restaurants in a walkable distance and you have to drive/taxi everywhere. The valet area was always packed and we had to meet our taxis on the street. This is a bare minimum room and property, and the price they are charging I would rather pay the extra 1-200 hundred dollars per night to stay at a real hotel near more things. Totally not worth it, but you get what you pay for. It in this case, you overpay for what you get.

Place has a nice view. That's basically it.

I want to preface this by saying we are not the type of travelers that need constant pampering or expect top of the line luxury at bottom of the barrel prices. We expect our rentals to be safe, clean and comfortable. This property failed on all counts. The second we opened the door our hearts sunk. Don't believe the pics (or good reviews) this place is a dump. To say it has been neglected would be an understatement. There is mold on many sections of the walls and ceiling, the walls are worn with chipped and cracking paint, appliances are old and rusty, cabinets and counter tops are falling apart, floor tiles are cracked or loose, toilet is cracked, shower fixtures are rusty, drains are missing screens. I could go on and on. Only good thing about the room was the view from the window overlooking the beach. Otherwise, this listing should be flagged for misleading content. The pictures make it look decent enough but in reality it is anything but. The property itself was decent enough but shows signs of age with flaking paint and worn rugs. Public bathroom were in somewhat rough shape, particularly by the pool area. The pool itself looked pretty nice but the area around it was also rough. There was also a peculiar and overwhelming smell of Fabuloso throughout the property. (Which looking back might be a good thing at least it was being kept clean.) The main draw of the property is the location -- being right on the beach. Surprisingly, there was little else in the area in way of shops or restaurants. We were going to try and "tough" it out and make the best of it when I found a couple of roaches. Had enough. After numerous fruitless attempts to contact the property manager we cut our stay short and found another place directly on South beach for about the same price and none of the issues.

Property Review

The property is very run down, looks neglected, and is in need of major renovation. Tiles missing, stained baseboards, needs big time paint job outside and inside. Some nice restaurants in the area but all are in private condos and difficult to find if you're unfamiliar with the area.
