Studio w Ocean Views & Pool Access This NEW, cozy studio condo in Downtown Miami boasts stunning sunset and city views. Just a short walk or ride away from the Miami Cruise terminal and popular shopping areas, this is the perfect option for business or leisure travelers. The Metromover station which provides access to downtown is right across the street. - It doesn't get any more convenient than that! The kitchen is a brand-new modern space with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher, easy to use amenities and a dining table with seating for four. The property's living space is a great place to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Get comfortable on the couch and enjoy the beautiful city view or turn on the smart TV. This space is expertly furnished and styled to perfection. The sleeping space is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable full-size bed. The bathroom exudes luxury with its spacious interior, modern design, and large glass shower stall. If you need to do your laundry, you can use the washer/dryer stacked in the unit. This condo is primely located less than 2 miles from the Miami Cruise Terminal and is across the street from the Metromover station. Perfect for taking a day trip to explore all that Miami has to offer. In addition to the sunny weather and beautiful beaches, there are plenty of things to do here! You can go shopping at Bayside Marketplace, explore Bayfront Park, and visit Vizcaya Museum and Gardens! For something truly unique, take a Thriller Miami Speedboat Adventure or visit Alice Wainwright Park. Also be sure to check out Jose Marti Park, a popular gathering spot for locals! When it's time to eat, you'll have plenty of great options, including Hard Rock Café, Crazy About You, Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita, Novecento, and The Capital Grille. Or enjoy a drink at one of the many bars in the area. Getting around the city is easy, too, with MiamiCentral Station just a short walk away. There are several paid off-site parking options available nearby (not included in the rental). Daily parking at the College Station Garage is $15/day (no re-entry) or $20/day (unlimited re-entries, advanced purchase required). Extended parking (min. 3 days, no re-entry) is available for $10/day (advanced purchase required). This last option is ideal if you are going on a cruise or if you will be using public transportation or ride share services during your stay.
