Built in 2022, this modern space features sleek fixtures, a well-kept interior, and plenty of room — perfect for up to 4 guests on a stylish city getaway. The Space: Before booking, please know that we will need to register your stay at the management office which will require submitting of the photo IDs of guests above 18 years of age. Please also provide your estimated time of arrival as we would need to personally hand over the key FOB to you. ➜ Approx. 400 sq ft / 37m ² of space ➜ Highspeed WIFI! ➜ Dedicated workspace area available ➜ A private balcony ➜ The living area has a queen size sofa bed ➜ The bedroom area has a cozy queen size bed and is also equipped with a smart TV ➜ Smart TV in the living area from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube ➜ The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove. ➜ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels AMENITIES: ★ Shared pool ★ Shared gym ★ Restaurant ★ Building has 24h front desk ➤IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. The Neighborhood: Downtown Miami Central Business District is the historic city center of what has become Greater Downtown Miami. It is generally bound by Biscayne Boulevard, Bayfront Park and Museum Park on the east, the Miami River to the south, North 6th Street to the north and Interstate 95 to the west. While it is technically Miami's official "downtown", the term "Downtown Miami" has come to refer to a much larger area. It is distinct from the financial district, which in this case is neighboring Brickell to the south. Getting Around: Many transportation methods are a couple of steps away from the building. Anything that you may need is walking distance. Other Things to Note: ➤ HOUSE RULES: Any lost fob will result in 60$ replacement cost. ➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ We only provide 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per guest. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you. Interaction with Guests: I will be your personal concierge for your stay. When needed we can come in person.
