My only concern with this hotel and a lot of others is difficultly in communication before or after staying that the hotel. Emails or using the Expedia messaging system we never get a reply. So trying to change anything or questions about shipments etc you need to call otherwise you won’t get a response.

The property was very clean and well cared for. The pool area is very nice. Our room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. We very much appreciated that. However, we ordered food from downstairs at the restaurant and were very disappointed. It was just a complete waste of money. The lobster pasta should be removed from the menu. It’s gross.

Clean and functional. Long check-in line with only one person working at reception desk. Earlier, I called the hotel and could not reach a real person and the automated voice-interaction offered me a text message promising that it would answer my question (where at the airport does the shuttle stop). That promise was broken and the text msg was a link to the generic Sheratonesite and was completely useless to me.
