To be fair I will say the pool area was good, our room for 5 was spacious. It could actually gain with some better cleaning to the rug and bathroom area ( found some hairs in the sink and shower as soon as we arrived and I wore a pair of white socks inside the room and at the end of our stay ( 3 nights) they were brown. Breakfast, which is included, was ok. Nothing super delicious, but enough . The location is excellent. My real problem was with the people and service at the front desk. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, this was at 7:00 p.m on July 10th/24 The person at the front desk, her name was NEIYA, told us that the room wasn’t ready. It’s important to notice that the hotel makes you check out at 11:00 a.m. she did not apologized or said anything kind for the delay. She just said that we had to wait at the lobby and she would tell us when ready. Shile all this was happening she was also checking in the rest of my family with 2 other rooms. She was explaining the towels, bouchers, etc. At 8:00 p.m or so I went to ask about the room and she said it was ready, so she didn’t even bothered to tell us. Then asked about the towels,in a very displeasing voice told me she already explained it to the whole group. In summary very awful experience with this woman. There was also another woman at the front desk the next morning and she made us feel like she was doing us a favor and not actually giving a service for a hotel guest. Not a single smile, not a single nice word.

I'm just like others give this place 1 star rating only, I book this place 3 months ago and paid for it, the day I showed up at 4p.m. room is not ready I had to wait until 4:40 when I show up to the room the House keeping still cleaning in the room so we have wait outside the room for while. The shower head is not working correctly, the breakfast staffs can't keep up with the customers. . There is no water or coffee drink in the lobby. Basically worst than Holiday inn. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.(I do not need any explanation from the management).

For the most part, the staff was incredible. The reception staff and bellmen were exceptional. I want to thank Tonic the bellman in particular. He was attentive and always ready to help. The cleaning staff, as well as the bar staff, they were all kind, helpful and respectful. Things to improve on : The accuracy of the meals orders coming out of the kitchen. I stayed at your establishment for 14 nights. 10/14 days our meal orders were either wrong, items were forgotten or the order all together was forgotten. In regards to the breakfast wait staff; the young pregnant woman always has a smile on her face and is a ray of sunshine. Polite, welcoming and gracious. The older shorter wait woman who only speaks Spanish quite frankly has an attitude problem, is rude and is a negative influence in others. She stands around gossiping, leans on the wall while speaking instead of standing up straight and leans on her hands while leaning on the wall while wearing black gloves. This is unhygienic. The gloves she is wearing are touching the walls and then she handles food. She lacks patience, finesse and always looks angry. I had a couple of incidents with this woman and her behaviour was uncalled for. Other than that, I highly recommend your hotel. It’s beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Thank you
