Decent hotel. Nothing spectacular but not bad either. It was a good priced alternative to stay the extra 3 days due to flight cancellation.

I was in suite 304 for 2 nights, the tv has not work for my stay, maintenance guy came to check and said not working and that was the last I heard until I left. They wanted to change my room but it was not guaranteed that I would have get one plus it was my last night there. Should at least be reimbursed the amenity price - very poor

I appreciated the cleanliness and tranquility of the establishment. The front desk personnel were helpful. However, I found the lack of variety in the breakfast food options disappointing, as they only offered eggs and sausages daily. Additionally, the limited availability of healthy foods, such as fruits, was a concern. They only had oranges It was inconvenient that one had to specifically request bananas and the staff would select who received them. Furthermore, I was dissatisfied with the fact that the cleaning staff did not speak any English, which made communication extremely difficult. While I understand that Spanish may be their primary language, it would be beneficial for them to learn basic English phrases related to their job in order to better assist guests. .

why do you get an overnight hotel, to get some sleep, the bed was the most comfortable i have ever slept on the sheets everything was devine and i usually stay in 5*hotels and none anywhere in the world have ever come to how comfortable this bed was.
