The host was gracious, very responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was exactly as described: comfortable, clean, amazing view of the ocean and bay! The location couldn’t have been better, and having access to all of the Fountainbleau’s amenities was truly amazing. The spa was such a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip back to Miami. Also, while the unit was totally clean at check-in you will be charged a housekeeping fee at checkout which is buried in the fine print and not disclosed up front as part of the initial charge you pay. Despite the fee there is no housekeeping provided whatsoever and there are no cleanup supplies provided either. You will have to request more garbage bags and remove your own garbage to the disposal down the hall and if you need additional towels or soap you need to call the front desk to request them. The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. Having 2 bathrooms is definitely so helpful. We arrived early and the host was so attentive and accommodated an early check in. Cleanliness was a 10\. Service was superior. Location walking distances to off grounds restaurants. This is an apparent known issue. I don't feel as if I should be charged for this stay. I have been try to reach out to anyone who can help. If I would have known prior to booking the elevator doesn't work I would have never booked this. The fact that it's known issue makes it much worse. This should be in the listing. Room was perfect for three people, with one being a teen boy who was able to have his own bathroom. The views were incredible. It was very clean as well. The communication between the owner was very good as well. I asked a question and got an answer in a very quickly manor.
