Okay guys, this is going to be a real “to be honest” and straight up review.First off, the communication from the host was GREAT! We did lose our keys at the beach and didn’t realize it until we got back to the property. Mind you it was pretty late when we got back and it did take a little bit to get a response from the host; but when the host replied we were able to get a spare key (we paid a fee of course via Zelle) pretty quickly and the host made sure to make sure we were all good! The room looks exactly as pictured and the room is located in the back area of the house. The path from the front to the back area where the room is located is very clear and also has a motion light for night time. The room is next to another room which was also being rented while we were there so keep in mind that you might have neighbors. We hardly saw our neighbors and never interacted with anyone in the main house so we definitely felt like we had our own space and privacy. There is a nice little grassy area to the side of the room where you can go chill and we also had a little table and 2 chairs right outside of the room which did come in handy when we lost our keys and were just waiting outside the room for the host to reply. Now the cleanliness of the room was a 4 out of 5 starts. There was some dust but the bed was very clean and the restroom was also very clean.
