"Un lugar excelente"

"We love dreams, Onyx Punta, Cana. We’ve been four times now and without mentioning that they upgraded us to premiere and made us feel like family coming home. We get this from up room for our two kids and have a wonderful time as a family. We can walk, barefoot from our room to the beach and enjoy friendly faces along the way, the staff is excellent from Javier, Peter, cinnamon, cappuccino, Vladimir, Simon, and all the entertainment staff so much fun and helpful always we look forward to our next trip already! When we go we stay for 9 days and it feels like home away from home. We celebrate birthdays, Mother’s Day the spa is amazing. "

"We were looking for a restful stress-free vacation and Excellence delivered! The Resort is beautiful and well maintained. The staff always had a smile and they were always eager to help. We throughly enjoyed the cabanas and pool area and the swim up bar. The rooms were clean and spacious. We booked a massage and facial and to our surprise, Hydrotherapy was included. The spa staff were friendly and the massages were great! The only downside for us was the food. The food experience was definitely hit or miss. The Kitchen Table (buffet) was great, as was Spice (Hibachi). If you are going to Spice for the Hibachi make sure to make reservations prior to your stay. At other restaurants, we found that either the food was lacking in flavor or portions. That being said, it would not keep us from booking again. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend staying at Excellence."

"Great vacation celebrating our anniversary. Weather was amazing with a nice breeze. Staff was super friendly. Entertainment by pool all day and night shows were fun. Our Butler Billy Joel was great. He made sure we were happy and having a great time. He made our anniversary so special. Restaurants were great also. A lot of choices. The Diamond Club lounge staff were also very pleasant. We would love to return again soon. We recommend this hotel Royalton CHIC to anyone who is looking to relax and have a good time. Rooms are very modern and clean. We were in a diamond club presidential suite and it was very nice and roomy with two balconies. The grounds are beautiful and hotel is just the right size. Rooms were close to restaurants, pools and beach which was nice. Had a wonderful stay at the Royalton CHIC. Will return soon. "

"Everything is good and staff was excellent, but they need more training even manager. Because if they don't have anything in restaurant, they should let the customer knows, but they take order and never bring it we wait 30min. and asked them to don't you have it? they are laughing at me and NO, it wasn't fun. I went to Dominican many times only this resort didn't have Mamajuana, staff didn't explain why, we bought from their store for Mamajuana. Except this all was good. "

"Stay at the Finest Punta Cana, for five nights. the staff was great, the dining options were good, the Gourment restaurants were very good, especially Le Petit, the bars were also very good plenty of drinks from top known brands, the entertain was ok, highly recommended."
