I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

Todo me gustó el lobby es expectacular la atención fenomenal nosotros fuimos un grupo de 42 y tres de cuba y todo fue excelente. La playa la piscina los restaurantes y Elena la directora muy amable y cariñosa .

The pools and staff were great. Entertainment not so much Food needs to be more diverse. And of better quality. Toilets didn’t always flush well And the air conditioning was always changing when we set it. Some how it got changed back
