“We booked a Diamond Club level room for a very special birthday vacation and our Butler, Johnny made sure the experience was exceptional! “This is a wonderful resort. We stayed for 2 weeks and the first week was excellent. The second week we needed to change penthouse suite as there was something wrong with out jacuzzi then the second penthouse suite we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as you would get a shock as soon as you touch the water they showed up right away to fix it. But as soon as we went to use it it would shock again. So we never had a jacuzzi for halt our stay. ”
