“Really awesome resort overall. Excellent grounds and friendly staff. Sargassum was cleaned very well to the point where it was barely noticed. Pool temps were perfect, drinks were delicious, and overall a very relaxing place to be.
Here is what I think can be improved upon:
Lights in the rooms were spotty - a lot of flickering going on. I also had one night where my hot water did not work and I had to take a cold shower.
Food was overall good but inconsistent. We found that some……

“It’s very clean
The staff is great
The food is also good
The weird part is you are only allowed one beach towel swap per day!!
And they don’t care if it rained or not… you end up dripping back to your room by the end of the day”
