"Our stay at the Regatta Inn was absolutely wonderful! The room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the water – the sunset was just breathtaking. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We could easily borrow beach chairs and towels, and there were always some cookies and fruit-infused water available. A perfect spot for a relaxing stay on Folly Beach!"

"We rented this property as a home base for my son's wedding week in Charleston. We had family from all over the country coming to town and needed a place to gather that would accommodate a larger group at different times of the day - this house was just what we needed! Everything was as described - most importantly for me, the wheelchair accessibility! I was able to get everywhere in the house (upstairs, downstairs, outside, and to the beach). The house was cozy but big enough to fit all 12 of us, ages 5 - 55, and everyone had a place to sleep! The kids enjoyed the pool table room, outside deck, large yard, beach access, and town of Folly. I was impressed with Ross and his quick responses to all of my questions - he truly put me at ease and helped with anything we needed. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to gather their family at the beach! "

"Found this Gem of a place for are 86 yr. Old Mother and her two daughters and two grand daughters and two little great granddaughters to celebrate a girls long weekend. With the two unit it gave us space to have the little ones down stairs. We loved playing games at the table on the screened porch every night( that was our favorite place). I also loved drinking my morning coffee on the front porch and listening to the waves. The girls loved swimming in the pool every day. We cooked a lot and found all the necessary dishes and plenty of salt/pepper that we needed. Laundry, dish soap, bathroom soap and towels were all plenty for all of us. Beds were very nice. We did have an issue with the pool heater and it was addressed immediately. Very good communication. We will definitely be coming back here if our daughter stays living in Charleston. Or if we just need another trip!"
