“Worst stay of my life. This place is in the middle of an industrial park, surrounded by businesses. It also had construction going on so the lobby was a construction zone. There was only one person who worked there to deal with all the people. Our room was very cold, my daughter went to the front desk to ask for a couple of extra blankets when the heat failed to warm up the room ( we turned up the thermostat) and came back with one. Said the lady at the desk said she was only allowed to……

“If your looking for a peaceful, relaxing and pleasant place to stay while being able to communicate respectfully with a host then I advise you look elsewhere!!!”

“I found the price for a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit very very reasonabl. Elizabeth, NJ was just a short train ride to NYC and I saved a lot of money by staying there. The unit was in a relatively new building complex. The surrounding community was working class but that was never a concern in the 5 days I was there. There was a little confusion because there are 3 entities involved...EvonifyLLC, Verbo and Expedia. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the city.”

“I did not receive check in procedures. One hour before check in I contacted the host and he said that the property had some plumbing issues and he needed to move me. I was not able to preview the new property. The room did not have paper towel, towels to accommodate everyone nor did he provide the wi fi code. It listed that it would have iron board and it was not included. I reached out to the host and he did not respond until 8 hours later about my concerns. I was very disappointed that I……
