Most importantly our room was clean. It was fairly quiet except when other people left their room and let the door slam. It was a perfect location for us and I would stay there again.
Room was clean! Bath tub didn't drain for awhile after shower. Had nice air conditioning. Breakfast was only 6-9am. After that you couldn't even have coffee or hot water. Microwave plate was wrong size so really couldn't use it.

Clean, quiet. We stay regularly when we visit family. Nothing fancy, but a good night sleep. Pillows are comfortable.
Comfortable beds (if you like the firmer type), pillows good. Breakfast was cleared up by the time I got there, as I was running a little late, was a bit disappointed to see that included the coffee, but that's on me. Staff checked me easy enough, though didn't smile or act very friendly. Probably one of the only hotels, where I didn't wake up aching from the bed! Definitely would stay again.

Coffee was good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, even by Continental breakfast standards. Breakfast was served between 6 & 9am. We came down at 8am, and there was one ziplock package of bread for toast, no muffins or Danish. There was corn flakes and Froot Loops, but really no other options. There was no one at the desk to ask for more bread for toast. Needless to say, we went to Kwik Trip down the road and got a couple of Cinnamon rolls for today's breakfast.
The bed was comfortable, room was clean except for the dead moth on the windowsill, the bathroom was clean, though dated and definitely needs a refresh--there were cracks in the tub and along the far edge of the tub. No luggage racks either. Had to use the nightstand and desk. All in all, comfy for sleeping, not much else.
No one at the desk at all. we had to ring for someone at check in and checkout.
The property is in a great location with easy access to everything. The rooms and the lobby are clean. The rooms have a microwave and small refrigerator. The air conditioner works well.
Breakfast needs improvement. Room clean. quiet area. Great location. You rang bell for staff to check you in. She sat behind glass enclosed desk to check you in.

Our room was very musty smelling we had to open the windows to air it out. For the price it was OK place to spend the night. The bed was very comfortable. Nothing special about the place nothing really to complain about either. very minimal breakfast toast, cold cereal, instant oatmeal that you had add water to and heat up in the microwave that was about it.
This hotel is a great no-frills option for a traveler who needs a place to sleep. I expected it to be noisy the night before the 4th of July but though the parking lot was full, I didn't hear another lodger's voice the entire stay. I would definitely stay there again.
1st room was 1st floor. Room was not not clean. Flys and spiders. Fridge still had left over food packets. Manager gave us a room on 2 foot. It was a lot better but no bag in the ice bucket. I was disappointed for the price of the room.
Price is what lead me to book here but this hotel felt like it was stuck in 70's. The entire check in area is surrounded by what looks like bullet proof glass and that gave an immediate uneasy feeling. No front staff was present, you have to ring a doorbell and wait for them to come out of room to greet you through the glass. Also this may have been the worst breakfast selection I have ever seen at a hotel. Overall this hotel is in desperate need of a refresh
