This house has been rented on ABNB for over 6 years and there are many positive reviews. The house has always been rented through abnb since we bought it and never lived in. We are listing on VRBO to reach more people. A new queen bed was purchased on 12/5/23.

The house is a 200 year old 1400 sq. foot home with front porch, side yards, trees and bluffs in the backyard; the Delaware River is across the street with small views from the porch; short walk into the quaint river town of Milford where there is a micro-brewery/restaurant, antique shops, and Grocery market/liquor store; perfect for biking, walking, kayaking and tubing; The home was an old stagecoach stop but has been completely updated and immaculately decorated with antiques. A nice old house in Milford NJ
The house was just as listed. 3 bedrooms, new memory foam mattress in the master. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils etc. basic spices, lots of coffee and a few little extras- even some cream in the fridge. Local guide books in living room, nice decorations- kinda had a “I inherited great aunt Tilly’s house and furniture but I decorated it with some new items as well” vibe. Owner was very communicative, answered questions on restaurants and local spots. Was very clean, had a washer and dryer, plenty of hot water. We had our dog with us, hardwood floors with throw rugs were nice for that. Stairs are kinda steep if u have issues or have little kids, but not a problem for us. Would stay again if in the area.

Perfect location!
This was the perfect location for us as we spent the weekend catching up with friends in the area. The house was clean, comfortably and no amenity was lacking. Nice short walks into town and a close drive to all the area has to offer.

Charming Riverside Home
This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Milford House. Has everything you need and the new master bedroom mattress is comfy! Such a charming house situated right on the river. We’ll be back.
