“Wish the parking instructions were clear. I didn’t know I had to collect the key before parking instructions the garage. I was stuck in the parking lot for a good amount of time until someone else me out. I could have drove up and paid 1 hour’s of fee for being underground for a few minutes. But I was holding for a smoother experience. I wish there was a pass code given during the time of check in for getting to the lobby via the elevators.”
