"The apartment was clean. It was a challenge to get the fob to enter the apartment. The temperature was set to 20 C, and it was very cold during the night. When I contacted the host, she tried to address it, but the temperature went back to 20 C and stayed there the whole time. There were no amenities except a small amount of toilet paper in each bathroom and no spares. There was no soap and no shampoo. The whole atmosphere of the apartment was cold.
