“The property is old and run down and could do with major renovations but it's kept well and the unit was clean. It's a perfect very cheap place for a stay if you don't have high expectations Despite being on the main Street in stratford, it's far enough back that it was totally quiet The front desk staff was very helpful and polite.”

“We arrived and were greeted by one of the staff who let us in and showed us to our room, directed us to where the hot tub was and allowed us to get settled in. This is a traditional B&B where there are a few rooms with guests, communal areas and an amazing and filling breakfast. Breakfast was served plated style with many options along the way. The owners were knowledgeable about the surroundings and the plays. We had a great time and would love to return when the weather is nicer and the……

“Es war okay , ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Empfang war nett und immer erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage/ Heizung ist leider relativ laut . Parkplatz kein Problem , reichlich vorhandenen.”

“Staying for a ball tournament always a great choice. Clean room, updated bathroom. Disappointed about the lack of breakfast (they used to offer it) and the “recreation room Not being set up (pool tables not able to be used). Other than that it’s good. ”

“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“check in on line was difficult; in the end we had to go to another Hoco hotel nearby to check in; room was OK, but the reno of the old building was not; poor water pressure.; very hot room due to always on pilot light in gas fireplace; had to open window wide to cool, on busy street (ear plugs converniently provided at bedside by hotel!); responding on line to messages from hotel impossible; click on buttons on their site for feedback did not work; the only positives were the pleasant and……
