“Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. ”

The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing.”

“Overall it was a great experience, host was quick to respond to all questions. It was well kept and clean but there were some areas in the drywall that you could tell the building had settled and caused cracks and peeling, also the screen on the porch door was missing.
