“Good location hotel needs an uplift Water pressure in room is awful the shower was just a trickle! Car park ..poor road to access it..nice breakfast tho!”

“Fantastic setting. Beautiful building and comfy beds. Did not enjoy the curry but breakfasts were great. Loo handle in room 14 fell off a few times and cistern was slow to fill. Shower was fab and the big fluffy towels were super. Very helpful and friendly staff.”

I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! “Fab stay at this dog friendly hotel. We stayed in a snug double but there was enough room for us and our spaniel. Couldn’t fault the location just a few minutes walk from the beach & coastal path. Lovely cosy restaurant for dinner which was reasonably priced with great food & service. Breakfast was excellent too!”

“The room was clean and well decorated. Storage was nice but we didn’t use it due to us only being there one day. The staff were very personable (family run). I love the history behind the property -available in the binder. They also had a magazine featuring the surrounding area. Very picturesque and not far from Freshwater East”
