"The only complaint I have is there were bugs in the bathroom that came out in the middle of the night when I was using the bathroom. I told the front desk person and she told me they would have someone take care of it. It was fine the next night, but the bugs were back the night after that one. I was very unhappy that the problem was unsolved."

"I checked in online for a later time, past 8 pm, which was convenient. Front desk clerk was kind and friendly. The room was clean and smelled nice. Quiet. No trouble sleeping. Work had me leaving before breakfast started, so I basically only slept and showered. There was nobody at the desk for checkout though, only a fishbowl for room keys, which I found odd and unsettling. I’d have liked to check out with an actual person"
