"I've stayed at the Subshine House numerous times and it is as charming as ever with the new ownership. It's a serene oasis! The sunrises from the deck and expansive views from the house are amazing. The house is clean and well stocked and there is a TV in each room. My dog enjoyed playing in the big yard and water. Kiran was super nice, communitive and helpful. I will definitely come back again."

Just keep in mind that the water access is not great from the yard because the lake is low but you can kayak or paddle board from the property, launch a boat from the neighborhood ramp, or go to the neighborhood beach area. The owners were very responsive and helpful!"

It didn't appear as though the sheets were changed. The clean linens were on the front porch for our entire stay but we didn't realize that they were there for our stay until the day we left. The sheets on 2 of the beds were full of dog hair. We don't fault the owners at all...they have definitely made upgrades from last year. We won't hesitate to...

"This property fit all our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was comfortable, and cottage was cozy. There is a restaurant a couple miles away as well as a grocery store. We were there to fish, so the proximity of the boat ramp to the cottage was perfect. We have already booked this property for our Spring trip."
