“除了没有选择海景房”

“I'll start this review by acknowledging that the staff were great. They were very helpful and friendly in general. The first room we were given was disgusting. The inside of the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The shower was dirty with mildew and the whole room smelled like mold and was just generally damp. When we flushed the toilet, the pipes were loud and sounded reminiscent of a generator running behind the walls. And this sound persisted for at least 5 minutes after……

“The hotel and upgrades to the hotel was very nice and beautiful. Kascade entertainment area with live music was very nice. This was my first time staying at the hotel. My room was clean and beautiful but it had a stale smell when the air conditioner went off. The fridge was on but was leaking and maintenance had to come fix it. The smell never went away. The bathroom sliding door got stuck and took me some time to get out the bathroom because the door was stuck and maintenance came back to fix……

“The staff was polite and helpful. The only problem we had was our shower was broken amd it sprayed water all over the bathroom. Called the front desk they sent someone up within 10 minutes and it was fixed within 30 minutes.”
