“It was filthy. It hasn’t been probably cleaned I believe EVER. The toilet had feces and mold in it. The shower and bathroom had black hairs all over. The ceiling had water stains. The carpets turned out socks black. We found beetles which may have been roaches everywhere. The fire alarm had no batteries. Don’t stay here.”

“Did not use the breakfast on this trip. Room was nice. ”

“The things that I noticed was, we did not have room service. We had no clean towels and our tub and toilet didn’t look clean. My sheets had small holes in them and the TV remote wasn’t working.”

“Main elevator was down the whole 4 days of our stay. Door lock on room needed to be replaced as card keys didn't work. No housekeeping was done for the 3 days we were there & ran out of towels/ toilet paper. When trying to call front desk after 2 rings a recording says front desk not available call back later. Very frustrating”

“Great customer service some of the building is a bit dirty and the breakfast was great as well but the room wasn’t the best either the bathroom door was broken and the charger sports were broken etc overall a good stay oh and they tried to charge my card 3X times after the stay beware”

“We stayed at Econo Lodge in room 228 for one night and the room has BED BUGS! Once we realised that , we contacted the hotel but the staff was not helpful at all. We were told that the rooms are clean and that we were supposed to let them know at the time of stay (which was 1 night in our case). I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially in room 228.”

“Nice stay experience”

“No front desk after hours, I think I woke someone up when I pressed ZERO on the house phone. The room was exactly what you might expect for $75 all in. Looked like a prison barrack. It had a small kitchen area, but two rock hard plastic chairs, a laminate floor and it smelled quite musty. It was also raining, and it sounded like raindrops were hitting an internal vent or something. Happy to sleep and get out of there.”

“This is a nice facility. It is not cleaned well at all. Needs to have much better vacuuming. Made our stay not so pleasant. Ketchup on the wall by the cooktop. Cooktop was very dirty, gross. I would not stay here again. All due to the fact they don't clean stuff.”

“Breakfast: A waffle maker, some cereal options, a few hard boiled eggs, and about 5 muffins total. Cleanliness: Black spots all over the bedroom walls, carpet in bedroom was slightly sticky, and I found a small pill pug crawling on the wall. Staff: In the morning they were very attentive in the breakfast area. In the evening, there appeared to only be one person on staff, and they remained in the lobby sitting at a table for several hours. This made them easy to contact, however I felt rude……

“Our stay for one night was fine, but it's a rather tired hotel. You can just tell by little things like dirty hallways with old carpet, a wobbly toilet, and old furniture,that it's been around awhile.”

“I would stay there again, I have to set the room was clean except I found some ants on the bed?? Maybe from left over food in the room from previous guests or possible pets that were in there??? Not a fan of pets allowed into hotel rooms.. other than that I will stay there again.”
