“Very clean rooms /bathroom ”

“Hot breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Lobby was quite lovely and very comfortable. Did not use the hot tub or pool but other guests commented that they were pleased. Employees were very kind and helpful. An unpleasant surprise: 1 $25 "Upsell Early check in" After traveling from Bhm Alabama to Newton and arriving only 2 hours prior to check in time, this was an unpleasant surprise on our bill 2 Although not requiring any maid service, charged $4/day "service fees" These are cheesy……

“The stay at this hotel was the worst experience in a very long time. Room next to ours. Played the tv at a loud volume all night long. Finally called the front desk at 3am. Clerk did not seem to interested in getting involved. Then room above check in at 3:00 a.m.. stomping around for over half an hour. Finally had to go outside and sit in the car. Didn't get any sleep all night long. Never again will book a room at this hotel or franchise. Seems this establishment caters to some long-term……

“No elevator was a nuisance Room not very clean and smelled moldy.”

“I had requested a handicap room. They said it was available. I needed hand bars in the bathroom, I couldn’t even get my walker in the bathroom alone shut the door. I couldn’t even take a shower. It was disgusting. When I got there, I was told they didn’t have a handicap, as I was checking out the lady said the handicap room was available, which thoroughly pissed me off. Room and I had already accepted my reservation. I was highly disappointed. I would never stay there again. The man didn’t offer……

“Our 2 day stay here was rough. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub, which was out of use due to chemical problems. While I know this happens, I had called the day prior to our stay (as I was making the reservation) and the staff lied to me, saying that it was open. (We later learned it had been closed for over a week already.) The pool room was very cold, as was the water. No water fun for a stay that was literally scheduled for water fun. We had a suite (door between 2 sleeping spaces)……

“Beds and pillows were very comfortable with really soft sheets. I’m not sure about amenities- we didn’t have a chance to use the pool area due to maintenance. The staff never mentioned anything about a breakfast and we had to leave early so never checked to see if one was available. Only negative was having a room right by the elevator and ice machine which you could hear.”
