If you are doing an event at the Xcel, you cannot get a better place. Valet parking, nice rooms with a view and walking distance to any cuisine or beverages you would like to try as well as basically across the street from the event center.

The room was very clean and modern/updated. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was surprised that valet parking was the only option for the premises ($35/night), but there were public parking places nearby. Our second night, someone occupied the room above us and their walking around was pretty noisy, but I'm not sure that most hotels could do anything about that. I did notice that the bathroom fan, running of the water and toilet flushing were really, really quiet. I was glad there was a microwave; that was not noted in the hotel amenities list on line, but it's something I wanted for heating leftovers. The area was somewhat sketchy, but we had no problems or significant concerns. Overall, I really liked this hotel.

We enjoyed the proximity to attractions. They only have valet parking for $35.00 a day which comes out of “incidental fee” $75 if you opt for valet, otherwise, you can street park but car needs to be removed before 7am. We disliked the cleanliness of the room (needed vacuuming under air conditioner and just in general, bed duvet had a blood stain on it in which we called front desk and they replaced, floors were very dirty. Our dead bolt was not working so that was another issue also. Pool area was very clean and very nice, pool towels are provided, nice work out gym lots of equipment (could use a good wile down and vacuum also in gym) Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options, very clean dining area!

This hotel stay was wonderful! The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is well stocked and yummy. And it’s right across the street from the Xcel Arena which was amazing after the concert we attended.
