The apartment had electronic access codes that Alice provided us before our stay which made it super easy to get in and eliminated the stress of having to track down and return keys. She also kept our luggage in a secure room after our checkout so we could spend more time in Bordeaux before we headed to Paris....

"Central location walking distance to station and rue Sainte Catherine. Friendly staff, clean and welcoming lobby. On site laundry is plus. Rooms are small and the king size bed makes it virtually impossible to move around. The shower works great, no skimping on water. The kitchenette is useless due to its size. Impossible to operate the induction stove top and same with the microwave. These appliances should come with a technician on site. The towel warmer was inoperable. Despite the size downside and kitchenette deficiencies still good value."
