“Reached out to the staff to get early check in (extra $50) for my two night stay and they told me I can come at 1 PM day of. I show up at 1:15 with the staff not even at the front desk and the door locked. Finally got a hold of someone just for them to tell me they can’t be there and I have to wait until 3 PM to check in despite what I was told the day before. I had a wedding to attend to, so I had to get ready in my car in the parking lot. They came an hour later to which I was already gone.……

“We stayed at this property before and that’s why we booked again but yesterday stay was a horrible experience. First the clerk at the desk gave me a room at the very far end of the building in the second floor I explained that i had a injury and needed a first floor room, she said that was the only room available and if we wanted a different room we had to wait an hour mind you we got there at 4 pm and check in start at 2 pm how do they not have rooms ready.
