“Stayed during Sturgis Rally ‘26. They seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. Stayed 7 days and had to manage for ourselves. I.e. get own towels, take out trash). Only refreshed our room once after I requested. Breakfast options are extremely limited, poorly stocked, and unsanitary. They advertised a shuttle service to Deadwood. We double checked and telling them it was going to be a late night out and they personally told us to call anytime and they would come pick us. It was……
