The pool is scheduled to open March 27th. If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below. BEDS: King bed in master, queen bed in bedroom 2, queen bed in bedroom 3 and two twin beds in loft. Sleeps 8 Why Book with Us? \- We are local in Moab. We live here and know the area well!- No hidden fees! We don't tack on extra unnecessary booking fees. \- We are highly familiar with the Moab area and can provide recommendations on tours, hikes, adventures, food and more! \- We have been in business for over 20 years and have been a trusted host for 1000+ travelers to Moab. The views are amazing from this newer corner unit located in Rim Village Vista. The nicely furnished townhome has 3 bedrooms (a king and 2 queen beds), and in the loft is a trundle bed (2 twin beds). There is a well equipped kitchen (including an espresso machine), linens and towels are provided, a washing machine and a dryer, televisions in the living area, master bedroom, and loft, plus a 2 car garage to park your car or to store your toys. There's a bicycle repair rack in the garage too! You will enjoy the comforts this townhome offers. All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. HOT TUB Hot Tub will re-open: Friday, Feb. 14th, 2026 Open: Feb 14th – Mar 27th - 1 PM - 9 PM Open: Mar 27th - June 7th - 10 AM - 9 PM CLOSED: June 7th – Sept/Labor Day Weekend (Scheduled repairs. Also a dog or kids ball was found under the chair in living room. The master bedroom bed was lumpy and should be replaced. It was clean, modern with great amenities all around. While you are in an attached townhouse situation, there was no problem with outside noises whatsoever. The only small let downs werethat the a/c is pretty loud (especially in the master bedroom), and while the view from the patio is great, it would benefit from having an umbrella and you are facing/hearing Rt 89 about 150 yards away. We loved our stay in this wonderful condo. We appreciated the extra comfy beds and ease of access. We brought bikes so it was really helpful to have the big garage. Nearby Monument Valley is a must see as well. The townhome has plenty of space and is well equipped.
