Cozy with a Gorgeous View

This property has everything you need for a cozy stay in Moab. It has beautiful views of the area and is close to downtown. We were so comfortable and pleased with our host’s communication.

Fantastic Location for our Moab Vacation!

This property suited our needs perfectly and was exactly as it shows in the photos. Marta was very helpful and gave us some ideas for some great hikes. If you are here to visit Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park or anything else around Moab, there is no better place to stay.

Wonderful Stay!

My friends and I were visiting from Missouri! This condo was amazing! It felt very homey! Beds were comfortable, facilities were nice, and the condo had everything we needed! Definitely would stay here again if we came back to Moab!

Excellent Stay

We love Moab and this condo was an excellent place to stay. South of town and ideally placed for the many local adventures. There were only 2 of us but the house is large enough for 6 easily. Exceedingly well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay on this property. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. The home was very clean and a lot more spacious than the photos show. We all felt safe and comfortable while we stayed there. The kitchen had all of the appliances you could need for a short or long stay. We would definitely stay again!

Moab Trail Race

Loved our stay here!

We loved our stay at Marta’s place! We stayed for about a month in December. It was super cozy, with plenty of space and a nice fireplace that made it feel extra homey. There were basics like salt and pepper, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner, that were provided which made things convenient.The neighborhood was quiet and safe with lots of parking options. Plus, it’s just a short walk to some petroglyphs, which was a cool bonus! Marta was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.This was the perfect spot for our month-long stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Spotless stay!

We had a wonderful stay and experience with Marta and her Moab condo. In addition to being absolutely spotless the condo was well stocked and comfortable. If you forgot it don't worry, Marta probably already has it at the condo. The beds all had soft linens and pillows and slept great. The pool is close by and uncrowded. The condo is close to all things Moab, 20 minutes from Arches, and 45 from Canyonlands. This has been our favorite vrbo stay and we would HIGHLY recommended it.

Wonderful townhouse, perfect location

Couple of dirtbike guys doing a long weekend trip. Use of the garage was essential to lock up the motos or the cycles depending on which adventure we were doing that day or hitting the town at night and not worrying about leaving anything in the back of the truck. Moab is not know as having any issues but we never gave it a second thought unlike times past staying at a hotel. Residence was clean and well maintained. Marta kept perfect communication so we were well informed before arrival and never needed assistance. Smooth.

Can’t wait to stay here again

We really liked staying here! Plenty of space, quiet neighborhood (at least in January!), short walk up the hill to a beautiful red rock bluff with great views. Short drive into town. Loved having a fireplace when it was cold outside and having a little patio with table/chairs bordered by a green grassy area (which is rare in Moab!) The kitchen had almost everything we needed - lots of condiments, kitchen tools/gadgets, convection oven/stove, pots, plates, glasses (including wine glasses), dishwasher, etc. (Only 2 things we were hoping to find that we didn’t were olive or vegetable oil and measuring cups, but those aren’t standard things in rentals anyway)We enjoyed the extra things like PLENTY of books and magazines, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, boxes of tissues, pens/paper, and games. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were very comfortable with cozy bedding. My daughter said the futon bed in the ‘loft’ area had a sleeping divot on one side of the mattress, but as soon as she moved to the other side she was comfortable.We wished we could have stayed longer but we will be back for sure! (It’s kind of hard to share a review of this great place because you don’t want it to get too popular and hard to book, but the owner was so kind and great to work with, I had to share)

Such a cozy little place, perfect for my stay. It was very clean, and very homey.. Sometimes when places are pet friendly, you are able to tell by the smell when you walk in the door. This was quite the opposite. I wouldn’t have even known another animal had set foot in the house if I didn’t bring dogs of my own. The host Marta was very responsive and helpful. Loved this place and definitely will be visiting again.
