This property is the perfect location in Moab. It is convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. It is off the main road in a quiet neighborhood and has a full kitchen that is well stocked. We will stay here again the next time we are in Moab.

The hotel has a cute, fun vibe. The hotel was clutter free, but the corners were very messy and I could tell the floor wasn't mopped recently. The shower also had quite a bit of grime. The bathroom lacked hand soap and it would have been nice to have a table to eat at or at least a coffee table. The backyard and the hot tub were very nice.
The place was clean and comfortable. We didn’t cook, but having a kitchen and multiple seating options was great. We didn’t use the backyard or hot tub, but both were available if we had wanted. It was very convenient to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, the reason for our stay. I would recommend to others and stay again if in the area.
A little cramped with four adults. If you plan on having meals together, you have to use the table on the patio. Patio and grounds were great. Nice and quiet with friendly neighbors.
