The one area that stood out more than anything during our two-night stay was the staff. Aleah was an absolute blessing - she deserves a raise! And Shea was very helpful and quick when I needed assistance after we left. If we have a reason to stay in the area again, we would definitely stay here. We didn't have time to try the breakfast, but the lobby was full of others enjoying it so I would have to guess there were satisfying options for starting your day on the road. Thanks, Aleah! You are a star!

We stayed here in 2023 and it was great. I decided to book again this year and it was absolutely horrible. I can’t believe how much it went downhill in just 1 year. Our room was absolutely disgusting. It looked like they had only made the beds and put towels out. The floors with filthy and covered with dog hair, sheets and bedding were filthy and covered with stains, but bathroom was absolutely the worst part! It looked like someone had thrown up in the toilet. The shower had hair and dirt all in it. My husband went down and told them and we were moved to a different room. It was better than the first room, but still not good. I will never stay here again. Very disappointed.

The first room that I was in had dirty sheets as well as mold on the ceiling. I asked to change to a different room which they did accommodate and were very kind about it. The second room still had a dirty comforter with a brown stain on it but no obvious mold. The water on the sink did not get hot either.

Rooms were smaller than I anticipated especially for a family of 4. Made a reservation at least a week ahead of time for a mobility room since I have limited mobility and when I arrived at check-in my room was given to someone else before I got there..

Asked for a late checkout and agreed to pay the additional fee. The house keepers barged into the room not once, but twice while I was trying to sleep. I work nights and this basically completely ruined my sleep. When asked to be compensated (atleast remove the late checkout fee) I was told the charges are final and they’re not willing to reverse anything. Also the first hotel room they gave me had blood on the chair, holes in the wall near the outlet, scotch tape on the ceiling, and was just not clean at all. Second room was much much better but then had the issue above.
