“Nice and clean ”

“A/C unir needs better maintenance, It was not able to cool down a little room, An inconvenience in this hot days. The emergency light did turn on at 3:00 AM in the midle of the nigth very scary. Otherwise all OK”

“Muu buena atencion.”

“Location bella in zona tranquilla. Camere comode e pulite. L'accoglienza di Roberto molto familiare e piacevole. ”

“Good reasonable prices accommodation 40 minutes walk front centre”

“The price was right for an overnight stay in Modena and the location was an easy 35-minute walk from the city center. The staff was also very helpful, having served us two glasses of limoncello when we returned to the hotel at 11 p.m.”

“Good air conditioning, but no dovet although in summer”

“Lugar excelente! Bem localizado, Limpo, lençóis de qualidade. Adoramos”

“Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.”

“Very good and friendly staff. Very central to the city and easy walking distance to many attractions.”

“Good location with nice staff. An old hotel with acceptable beds and toilet. What frustrating me most is the super weak shower water pressure (weak water pressure to the extend that the water cannot reach my face when i put the shower right in front of my face). It took me ages to finish a shower, its not fun when the weather is cold. I approached front desk for room change but it was claimed fully booked. If you have a choice, pick the lower floor rooms to ensure a good water pressure”

“very clean and well managed facilities. Sottoluce must be one of the top tier restaurants in Italy.”

“Clean, Tidy. Well experience. I will recommend this hotel.”
