If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door

About the only positive thing I can say is the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and oh, the check in was quick. Everything else was pretty abysmal. The room was very unkempt and anything metal was rusty. Didn't look like anything had been cleaned in a very long time and many things were literally falling apart. Especially the shower, OMG. None of the lamps worked, the curtain was half falling down, and the smoke detector had been ripped off the wall and was tossed in a dresser. There was only one bath, hand, and wash cloth towel and no other amenities. No coffee pot, microwave, tissues, etc. Etc. I initially didn't even leave anything in the room at first but I had a very busy day and almost didn't have the time to hassle of getting a refund and finding a new place so I just risked the stay. Which was bad on my part but at least the bed seem clean and was surprisingly comfortable. I would NEVER stay here again and would advise everyone else to do the same.

Nice cozy place

The front desk agent was so nice and professional. She let me check in early due to a car emergency that I had she ensure that I was safe and that the room was clean. She was a pleasure to work with and be able to meet. I would definitely recommend this to people who are trying to save money And want a nice place to stay. I had a room on the first floor, which was renovated to a nice cozy room.

It’s very straight forward.It is a good hotel for people who wants to sleep and go.Don’t expect too much amenities like fridge or microwave.The rooms are clean,outside not so much.The staff is very welcoming.The price is really good.

I travel in the healthcare industry and I had a good experience here. Any issues with the room were immediately made right and requests were handled promptly! I got one of the remodeled rooms. The room I was in had a mini fridge and was provided a microwave on request. I didn't feel unsafe and the area is quiet.

Front desk is usually not manned. Had no towels which took several visits to the front desk to talk to someone. She was able to find 2 clean bath towels that I could use, but in the 2 day stay, that is all I had. The room had no garbage cans or any soap/bathroom supplies. I use cheap rooms and usually, if they are clean, I am totally satisfied. This room was clean, but the rest sucked.

The place is extremely dirty and it is dangerous I got the to check in and there was nobody at the front desk waited for an hour till midnight and ended up walking across the street, contacted hotels.com and they told be it would take 72 to resolve my issue.

The bathroom in the room was flooded. The place is a stay for transitional people and smelled of smoke and the sweet/sour smell of drug use. It should not be listed as an option for travellers

The Property was Disgusting the Staff was Rude Including the Lady who was Checking in Customers and was Swearing at other Customers. The Service was Horrible the TVs also did not work and the Staff refused to help
