We stayed for 3 nights in January. We booked a superior room and got a free upgrade which was nice. Used the (pricey) valet parking as well. Staff were very professional and helpful. Lovely huge room with a huge bed and roll top bath my partner enjoyed. Unfortunately we had a problem with noise from the rooms above. Scraping furniture, what sounded like children running around. All at 7am. The decor is amazing with so many interesting sculptures, painting etc. Loved the lift.

Free glass of champagne on arrival plus 20% voucher off the bar bill which was an added extra. Friendly and helpful staff and gave good advice. Close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from the beach and shops. There is a shopping mall attached beside the reception and cafe.
Would definitely return

I got a really good deal on the room rate plus plane ticket from Expedia, But the rate did not include Breakfast; 40 Euros. A fairly simple supper in the ordinary restaurant was equally expensive and a G&T in the bar for Eur 25. Need I say more.
It took ages to get the water hot enough to shower, a good job I was not in a hurry.
The Ocean view required opening the window, leaning out and looking to the right.
The room was large and the bed had it's own post code. Probably could sleep a family of four plus the grandparents.

Free breakfast was good, waiters were friendly and make cappuccino on demand..
Had to pay for wifi and it only works on one device at a time.
Street noise was heard at night.
Bathroom was newer and clean.

We were upgraded to the seaside room. Much appreciated/Thank you.
The location is awesome, just across from the Promenade des Anglais. There are PLENTY of restaurant within the walking distance.
We also took the train to Monaco one day; easy to locate. The staff was extremely helpful.
The restaurant food is bland, but could be grave generalization of the french cuisine in general. We had breakfast (buffet) all three days - same menu, which does get old. Other than, awesome hotel, great staff and location simply is immpecable. We would stay here again.
