To start off the location on hotels.com/expedia.com were incorrect. This hotel is on the Main Street which was very noisy and upsetting since we picked this property based on location.
The rooms were not sound proof. Additionally, we had 3 rooms for our group and 2/3 were not cleaned. One had a bloody towel and the other had the bathroom supplies used/open.
We also never received housekeeping automatically, which I did not mind but good to know if you like a clean room.
The excursion team there did not support in cancellations which I was not happy about as someone from our party fell ill, he did not give us a refund at any capacity although we were promised a partial refund as the deposit was already paid to the tour operator, the GM did not give us a refund after multiple messages.
Breakfast- Yes Breakfast is free but it is the same leftovers each day and unsure what most of it was. Nothing special compared to other hotels in the area.
Some parts I liked was they gave a free water bottle each day, and the regular staff was overall friendly.
