Lovely and welcoming receptionist. Hotel very dated and basic. Constant buzzing noise in the room. Musty smell. Ok for transit.

Good hotel, about 20 minutes' walk in a straight line from the Porta Nuova station. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Also relatively quiet. Area around the hotel is okay.

We loved our stay at Q71 Timeless Suites!
