“Check in staff were lovely, and it went smoothly. However, the hotel itself is overpriced if you aren’t a frequent gambler that gets discounted rates. Pillows are way too small and furniture is worn. We had an upgraded room that basically just equated to too much floor space and no usefulness to the space. The hotel needs a refresh.”
