Staff was very accommodating and kind, the rooms were nice and carpeting was nice as well in the hallway. The room had lighting fixtures that worked and the phone in the room worked to contact the front desk. The bathroom was nice as well, no water flow issues, the beds were comfortable. It was hot outside and the air conditioner worked fabulously. Thank you Super 8 -Monee, Illinois. I will revisit this one!

Pretty good stay, very friendly. Towels not the best with some stains. Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and outlets for blow dryer didnt work. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

Warm place in a freezing night

My truck broke down on hwy 57 so I need a place to stay for a few nights. The staff was friendly, the lobby was clean and the room was nice and cozy, after freezing all day in the truck the room has a perfect temperature to sleep all night.

There was no hot water to shower with, but the people were friendly and there were sandwiches for breakfast so I'll give it 2 stars

Nice retro historic city artwork

Wish the entire Hotel was Non Smoking. The room needed less noticable repairs. Pillows & mattress very comfortable. Service is great.

Was looking for a cheap place to stay the night after a concert in Tinley Park. Not sure what I expected but this was definitely a “you get what you pay for” situation. Check in was fine and the staff seemed nice enough. The room itself was okay but upon further inspection there were weird yellow brown stains on the mattress as well as hard water stains and scum on the faucets. I didn’t use the shower so I can’t attest to that. The bathroom smelled weirdly like cat pee. Luckily no bed bugs that I could see. The fridge and lamps worked fine. Honestly the experience was kind of whatever but the big kicker was that MY DOOR DIDNT LOCK. I stepped outside my room to leave for the concert and it clicked behind me but when I tried the knob just to make sure it was secure, the door opened easily without needing the key card. I think the latch was so worn down that it wouldn’t stay locked unless I was inside and used the deadbolt. Sure I could have requested a different room but I didn’t want to be late and didn’t feel like packing up and moving, plus I feel like the absolute least a hotel can do is give you a door that locks. I feel like this deserves a one star rating for this fact alone but I have it two stars for gits and shiggles.

The room and carpet looked updated. The tub was peeled off almost completely. Totally unable to shower. Only good for sleeping overnight if need to. Pay more or drive to the Tinley Park area for nice hotels.

The property was very shabby, the walls were paper thin and I could hear people talking all night long and walking up and down the corridor, the curtains simply would not close as the rod was broken and I had to clip them together, the fridge made annoying noise all night long, the room seemed very unclean, the bed covers were super thin and I froze and it was March. Breakfast was adequate. The staff was just amazing. I would not stay there again.
