“I booked online for me, my mom and my daughter. It was supposed to be 2 full size beds when I submitted it, when we arrived there was only 1 king bed. Which eventually it wasn’t the end of the world. We initially called the number and Maureen answered and said she would call and see if someone would switch, but we ended up telling her it was fine. We ended up calling back because the AC wasn’t working and Maureen said the AC was broken and they don’t “make people aware of it”, even though online……
